We are very excited to introduce these new coated cotton pants to our customers. What make these pants so cool is that they look like leather but are actually COTTON. Yep, that is right, cotton not PU. When I see faux leather I am happy in a sense because that is one less dead cow that was slaughtered for retail, even though I love genuine leather. However, one material I just can not get comfortable with is polyurethane (PU). It stinks, the smell is so strong it literally makes some people physically ill. I guess plastic is a harsh chemical and can have that effect. The other issue with PU is that it is not durable at all. Have you ever had a PU "leather" jacket start to peel and flake off? Once it starts there is no turning back, its sheds like a snake. This coated cotton looks like leather, breathes because it is cotton and can be washed without the professionals.

Pants On Trend

This gorgeous sexy pant is made majority of cotton with a blend of rayon and spandex. The textile has a look like leather and has been referred to as coated and oiled. The textile is also very easy to care for. You can follow the instructions on the tag. However, we always suggest to never put our garments into the dryer. We also suggest to do a cold water hand wash for best results and longer lasting clothes. 

What is great about these pants is that they are not leggings. These are traditional pants which are far more durable than leggings and will last you for many years to come.
