Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us and part of that is the ability to return your purchase. Posh Box Clothing accept returns within thirty days of purchase (purchase date is the date listed on your order confirmation). Items MUST be in new condition—you can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, altered in any way, smells of perfume or any odor. All original tags must have remained attached to garment (DON’T REMOVE TAGS), swimwear must have the hygiene liners in tact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items marked as Final Sale” are not returnable or refundable.


U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

Returns will be processed free of charge and refunded back to the original form of payment.

We are not responsible for return shipping cost. However, if we shipped an item incorrectly we will issue a refund to the account that was used at the time of purchase for $7.00 to cover the return shipping expense. We suggest to use USPS Priority Mail with tracking service.

If original forms of payment can not be refunded due to a closed or expired account or any reason, you will receive a store credit.

International Returns

Returns for store credit or for a refund to your original form of payment will be processed free of charge. You will not be refunded or any taxes or duties imposed by your country.

If original forms of payment can not be refunded due to a closed or expired account you will get a store credit.


Please contact our customer service via email at: to receive the RA number BEFORE you mail out your return. At that time you will receive an address to mail your return.


Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website,
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Posh Box Clothing account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
